实体浏览
对接真实 DB：`/ontology/entity-types`（POST/PUT/DELETE）、`/entities`（POST/PUT/DELETE）、`/entities/search`、`/entities/batch`。支持类型编辑/停用/硬删；属性列行内编辑保存即 PUT /entities/{id} 写库。软删实体见 回收站。 空表不是加载成功，也不是开通完成。
/health 与 /metrics 可匿名访问。已有租户丢 Key：有管理密钥到设置补发；否则只粘贴 QO_API_KEY（本机，不写仓库）。空集群才 bootstrap。
- 在仓库根目录启动 API：make docker-up && make db-init && make dev（监听 8230）
- 浏览器打开 Swagger：https://qo.aitoall.cc/docs，确认 /health 为 ok
- 在「租户向导」或「设置 → API Key」注册租户（可选 industry 模板），或 POST /api/v1/tenants/register
- 已有租户丢 Key：设置页用管理密钥补发，或粘贴 QO_API_KEY 到本机（localStorage）；不要把 Key 写入仓库
- Admin 默认：http://127.0.0.1:3230（改 .env.local 后需重启）
